Service Description

With an INSCYD PPD test you will get valuable insights to your metabolic profile, learn about your physical strenghts and weaknesses and get clear recommendations on how to use the test results, to take your training to a new level. Hence, optimizing your training quality and thereby performance. We will provide you with clear pre-test instructions, so you know exactly how to carry out the test. After the test you will send us the results, and we wil create your complete metabolic profile using the INSCYD software. The post-test follow-up consultation will take your through the test results, to give you a thorough understanding of the outcome of the test, and how to apply the gained knowledge into your training. When booking a test these are the steps: - An online meet (½h) taking you through the test-protocol, so you know how to execute it corretcly. Further you will recieve precise and consice pre-test instructions (written). - After you have completed the test protocol and submitted data, we will create your complete metabolic profile and send you the test report. - An online follow-up consultation (1h), taking you through test results and how to use them in training and competition. Further you will recieve a post-test summary (written) including training recommendations.
