Personal MTB-Training and Training Packages

The purpose with the individual training packages is to provide young mountainbikers the opportunity to get the most out of their training, in order to ensure a healthy and sustainable development physically and mentally.
​
As every individual is different, it is of major importance to guide the riders based on their individual needs for training in relation to age, gender, training background, physiological capacity and personality.
​
We coach and guide MTB talents across the globe, bringing a dedicated and experienced approach into play. We are deeply committed to integrating a global perspective by understanding and respecting every rider’s unique individual and cultural background.

Training Approach | The 3-Step System
​​
We base our training and coaching on the following 3-step system, which ensures that training planning and coaching is highly individual.
​
Step #1 - Rider Capacity Assessment
The purpose with the assessment is to understand the rider as a whole.
​​

Understanding physical capacity - assessment based on analysis of data from training, competition and performance testing.

Understanding mental abilities - assessment based on a questionnaire and personal interview.

Understanding technical skills - defining technical strengths and limiters.

Step #2 - Development Plan
Based on The Rider Capacity Analysis we make a long term development plan. The goal is to integrate physical, mental and technical focus in the training plan to develop and educate the rider as a competitive mountainbiker.
Step #3 - Training Process
Once The Rider Capacity Assessment and The Development Plan are completed the training process starts. During the training process we will continuously monitor and adjust training to make sure things evolve in the right direction and development is going according to the plan. An important integral of the training process is a strong coach-athlete relationship based on openness, trust and respect, as we believe this is a key aspect of a healthy and sustainable athlete development.

Training Packages
​
Below you will find an outline of the training packages we offer to young MTB talents.​
​
The training packages takes into account the specific needs related to rider age groups (U17, U19 and U23), to ensure that training specificity and personal needs are meet, as a rider progresses through the different age groups.
​
All training packages are based on a highly individual training and coaching process.
​
Training planning will be in Training Peaks, and communication is through online meetings, WhatsApp and e-mail.
​
Training packages are based on a 3 month binding period, in order to ensure enough time to build a strong coach-athlete relation and to make progress in training.
